Andris Evalds

Andy Evalds was named to his current assignment in January 2010. Prior to assuming this position, Mr. Evalds was Vice President and COO of EFW Inc., an Elbit Systems of America® subsidiary. He joined EFW in 2003 as Vice President of Operations. Before joining EFW Mr. Evalds served with Boeing Space and Communications and Boeing Aerospace in various positions in Engineering, Operations and Executive Management. During his tenure with the company, he was instrumental in leading EFW Operations through 18 consecutive periods of unprecedented growth characterized by a tripling of revenues in a five year period. He improved division performance and introduced and deployed a “process based leadership initiative” that unified performance reporting across all functions and business units to drive a results oriented methodology.

Mr. Evalds received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso and has graduate studies in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Dallas.
