Elbit Systems of America® KAPS®II System is the newest all digital CPCS available for modern glass cockpit aircraft. The system provides for fully-automatic, hands-free operation by retrieving all of its necessary control data from the aircraft ARINC bus. The KAPS®II system consists of an autoschedule controller that can be located most anywhere on the aircraft and redundant common part number outflow valves. This CPCS does not require external sources of vacuum or pressure providing further reductions in total installed weight, complexity, and improved reliability. Designed to interface easily with modern aircraft display systems, the KAPS®II system is an ideal choice for today’s digital cockpits.
