MicomRM500R
The MicomRM500R HF-SSB is a 500W, continuous-duty transceiver integrated into a ruggedized, 19”, 6RU, rack-mount configuration. The system is comprised of the Micom-3 Ranger, a 500W amplifier, an auto-sensing AC power supply, cooling fans, and a multiple-accessory interface junction box. The Micom-RM500R is a DSP controlled radio with embedded ALE certified by JITC. It is fully compliant with FED-STD 1045 and MIL STD 188/141B and meets the MIL 810 STD (dust, shock, vibration, rain, salt and fog). It meets or exceeds NTIA specifications and FCC parts 15, 80, and 90. The radio supports voice, data, email, and fax applications. Designed to operate under tough environmental and physical conditions, the system can operate in a variety of configurations: rack-mounted, desktop unit, or for greater flexibility, it can be configured as a mobile unit.
