COMMON LASER RANGE FINDER INTEGRATED CAPABILITY
Designed to meet the various missions of the United States military, the Common Laser Range Finder-Integrated Capability (CLRF-IC) provides rugged day and night capabilities for reconnaissance, surveillance, and targeting operations. Within a three pound package, the CLRF-IC employs the latest in advanced and lightweight handheld technologies. Featuring a short wave Infrared camera, high definition color day camera, eye-safe laser rangefinder, digital magnetic compass and a global positioning system, CLRF-IC increases precision targeting capabilities. Powered by either L91 or CR123 batteries, the system recognizes targets over 3 kilometers in day light and1 kilometer at night.
Optional features include a non-magnetic north finding compass and connections for external power and video/data output.
ENHANCED JOINT TERMINAL ATTACK CONTROLLER-LASER TARGET DESIGNATOR
The Enhanced Joint Terminal Attack Controller-Laser Target Designator (EJTAC-LTD) is a single system that replaces laser designators, laser markers, laser rangefinders and/or NIR pointers. Weighing in at less than five pounds, the EJTAC-LTD is the lightest laser designator/rangefinder available. The system provides dismounted Joint Tactical Air Controllers a compact solution for the terminal guidance of munitions, laser hand-off to aircraft, and direction/distance finding. The EJTAC-LTD is also equipped with a digital magnetic compass, capable of 5029 messaging to GPS targeting systems. For night operations, the EJTAC-LTD has an internal high-power, permanently boresighted, Near-IR laser pointer.
THERMAL LASER SPOT IMAGER
The JTAC-LTD, based on Rattler Laser technology, is one of the lightest weight laser targeting/hand-off solutions available for dismounted warfighters. The system's direct view optic ensures that warfighters never have to attach and boresight an external optic for day missions. Each system's 1-watt Near-IR pointer boresighted to the 1064nm laser also provides organic night capabilities. The top and bottom rail system gives warfighters additional options for stacking mission specific equipment.
PORTABLE LIGHTWEIGHT DESIGNATOR/RANGEFINDER
The Portal Lightweight Designator/Rangefinder (PLDR) is a battle-proven and cost-effective solution that provides rapid precision engagement during stationary or moving target laser designation operations. The systems is suitable for all combat operations and operates under all MIL-STD-810 external environmental conditions.
THERMAL LASER SPOT IMAGER
The AN/PAS-25 is a high-performance, hand-held, thermal sight with laser spot tracking capability. Using a cooled, highly-sensitive InSb Focal Plane Array, this camera is designed to give the maximum range performance for a 7.5lb hand-held package. In addition, the TLSI is capable of seeing a laser targeting or range-finding “spot” to assist in target identification. Two fields of view allow the user to scan in a wide field-of-view thus maintaining good situational awareness, and then switch to a narrow field-of-view for target identification.
COMMON LIGHTWEIGHT DESIGNATOR/RANGEFINER
Elbit Systems of America’s Common Lightweight Designator/Rangefinder (CLDR) is an essential part in AC-130 gunship modernization, fixed and rotary wing targeting pods and gimbals, and the AH-1Z Hawkeye Fire Control System. A cutting edge diode pumped laser transmitter core allows the system to have high power, low divergence, and high reliability. This permits the laser to output three different wavelengths – each suited for their own applications – designation, eye-safe range finding, and alignment. The CLDR is equipped with a solid core that increases the capability and reliability of new fire control systems. The CLDR is also NATO PRF/PIM code capable.
DIODE-PUMPED LASER DESIGNATOR
The Rattler is an ultra-light, high-performance, highly reliable, Diode-Pumped Laser designator, based on new and unique a-thermal pumping architecture. The Rattler features an advanced compact transmitter technology that reduces designator system size, weight and power consumption. The Rattler provides a rugged and ideal solution for small UAS payloads.
LONG RANGE THERMAL IMAGER
The AN/PAS-22 Long Range Thermal Imager (LRTI) is a high-performance, handheld, thermal sight with optical zoom and image stabilization that uses a cooled and highly-sensitive focal plane array. The AN/PAS-22 LRTI offers maximum range and performance in a durable, handheld 6.8 pound package.
Based on mission requirements, operators can switch between two different viewing options: a wide field-of-view for increased situational awareness, or a narrow field-of-view for target identification.
Additional options, based on mission requirements, may also be added to form an integrated targeting system.
Available options include:
HAND-HELD RECONNAISSANCE SURVEILLANCE AND TARGET ACQUISITION
Emerald Reconnaissance Surveillance and Target Acquisition (RSTA) is a high-performance, tripod mounted or hand held Long Range Day/Night Thermal Imaging system using a state of the art day camera and a cooled, highly sensitive 640x512 InSb Focal Plane Array thermal camera with continuous optical zoom, as well as 4x digital zoom. The system can alternatively use vehicle power. The Laser Range Finder, digital magnetic compass, and global positioning system allow generation of target coordinates to 10km. Emerald RSTA also supports video out via standard BNC connector.
SHORT RANGE HAND-HELD RECONNAISSANCE SURVEILLANCE & TARGET ACQUISITION
Elbit Systems of America’s Short Range Hand-Held Reconnaissance, Surveillance and Target Acquisition System (Emerald-SR) is a lightweight, handheld target acquisition system designed for today’s warfighter. It combines long-wave IR and day cameras with an eyesafe laser range finder and digital magnetic compass. Designed for Special Operations, Infantry, and Reconnaissance units, the Emerald-SR is ideal for mounted and dismounted operations.
COMPACT MULTIPURPOSE ADVANCED STABILIZED SYSTEM
The Compact Multi-Purpose Advanced Stabilized System (COMPASS IV) can be configured with a variety of sensors to optimize your mission specific objectives. Optional sensors include an eyesafe laser rangefinder, daylight TV, spotter scope, laser area illuminator, laser pointer, and diode pumped laser designator. A step-stare function allows the capture of full-frame digital stills, which are geo-registered at the pixel level and can be tiled for high resolution area coverage.
