San Antonio Operations (formerly M7 Aerospace) has specific areas of expertise in focused program management, comprehensive depot maintenance, effective MOB maintenance, and responsive supply chain management. Through this facility we can offer skilled engineering resources, an efficient and quality driven repair station, and extensive aircraft manufacturing facilities.

Our program management builds upon the strengths of our experience. The C-23 and the recently awarded C-26 logistics support contracts illustrate the government’s confidence in our program management and CLS experience and capabilities. We have a web-based integrated MIS system, responsive to offsite facilities, that provides strong technical support 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In addition, our extensive experience in successfully managing engineering support, integration management of subcontractors, and field team support inspection processes has also contributed to our success in current and past government programs.

Sustainment & Support performs depot maintenance in accordance with FAA FAR Part 145 repair station requirements and has limited ratings that include airframe, engine, accessories, radio accessories, and specialized services including NDT. The depot operates in 81,000 sq. ft. of hangar space, is secured and monitored 24 hours a day, and is currently certified as a C-23 depot facility. The quality and skill provided to our customer along with ISO 9001:2008 compliance assures a quality product to all our customers.

Attributes of our MOB maintenance include effective management of all records through Management Information System for Aviation (MISA,) a web-based integrated management information system. In addition, we also have a history of providing a strong base to support flight crews and personnel.

We successfully manage spares availability, forecast future requirements, and maintain 24/7 logistic coverage for COMBS operations through our supply chain management system. Strong engine management, material inventory control, repair order issue management, and transportation management contribute to our successful track record with past and current government programs. We completes thousands of shipments annually to more than 40 countries supporting more than 1000 commercial aircraft through our successful customs brokerage service and our 24-hour expedited delivery of parts.

Our strong on-site engineering capabilities provide the customer with on site design, approval, and certification via in-house DER’s maximizing efficiency and aircraft availability. Our manufacturing facility, which includes sheet metal part fabrication, machine shop, tube bending, welding, paint, chemical process lines, and heat treat capabilities, provides customers a comprehensive facility to fulfill all program-related requirements.
