Field Service Support

Field Service Support

Elbit Systems of America® Sustainment & Support Field Service Teams provide on-site operational and test cycle support to our customers via OEM, subcontractor and vendor personnel and can be deployed at or near test locations specified by our customers. Our contractor logistics personnel operate as integral day-to-day members of any build, test, or operational cycle team instead of remaining on call off-site. Our direct high level of involvement provides a venue to promote the “real world’ operational experience and related insights of our maintainer and logistics personnel regardless of the program. With this level of participation, our personnel have near immediate response times.

Field Service Network:

Our field service network is recognized for rapid response and ready solutions for military vessels worldwide. Our superior service reputation in the airborne and ground systems community is founded on customer satisfaction. Our contractor logistics support (CLS) plans include customer-designed life cycle support and service as well as maintenance plans for all classes of military platforms and support equipment. Our well-planned CLS program provides single-source accountability and achieves both optimum system support capacity and efficient support services.

Field Services Engineers:

Experienced technical representatives troubleshoot problems and perform the necessary repairs to ensure on-time system performance. Our representatives have both intermediate and depot-level repair capabilities and utilize mobile engineering labs to expedite repair procedures in austere locations.

Mobile Field Repair Teams:

Mobile, field, repair teams provide rapid response to any customer location whether CONUS or OCONUS. We arrive equipped with the latest technical innovations to enhance repair capabilities, to transition seamlessly into forward deployed operating units, and to provide onsite technical expertise.

Technical Training:

Our field service representatives work with the end-user in mind and are responsible for assisting in training planning including identification of platform training requirements, training task identification, skill analysis, development of training materials, offsite scheduling, and delivery of training. Our training manager is an active member of the supportability IPT and has access to all engineering source data for use in design, development, delivery, and performance of training.
